Wine. What to speak about wine? I had no desire to speak on this topic by accident. Today I was looking at a blog from a guy who I started following recently appeared a picture of a bottle of wine in one of the posts. The blog is about his food, but it also puts a bit of your thoughts on other things. Very cool.
But back to the subject of wine, a drink I always found very interesting. Besides being a historical drink (you can not deny it is! And since I do not much matter if love story?! You can not help! Hahahaha), is somewhat mysterious and yet has a kind of naturalness in my opinion . Of course I'm talking about red wine (do not know why, but white wine for me looks very artificial, which is not anything that looks red wine), which has the color of health, blood, life, and color dark, as the land where the grapes that they did come.
For me wine is the drink that looks like less alcohol. Of course, the wine has alcohol, but he looks like this distillation, processing, preservatives and much less than we pinguça. I know many people get drunk with wine (and they say that the wine drunk and the hangover is the worst), but when I look at a bottle of wine is not drunk people falling in the corners I see. What I see are women crushing grapes with their feet to centuries ago, what I see couples in love are drinking wine at the first dinner meeting, cheap wine that is sweeter, and the feeling of being in love, why not? I also see an old lady rich and sophisticated, making a wine that was produced in the year of his birth, and while she takes it and tasting the flavor of closed eyes, losing himself in his childhood. And who even knows she is not accompanied by her husband who loves her completely since they met in their youth? Who knows? Maybe they even have a vineyard and walk on it, in the evening, under the sunset, holding hands, enjoying the feeling of being with each other.
I am very dreamy, but my dreams always have some type of bedding, although sometimes people have to struggle to see ... hahahaha ... I always try to see the good side of things, however difficult it is to see. Often do not speak, and only complain, but then when I'm alone and thoughtful in my corner, I just get to see the good side. With the wine is like that: it is the good side of alcohol. Usually I condemn the drinks a little, but managed to find the good side of them. The wine has so much personality, originality, history, sophistication and simplicity at the same time, which makes me very fascinated to talk about it. Undoubtedly, the wine to taste and enjoy every layer of feeling, it's wonderful, something that people should not fail to experience in life.
Below, I did a little research on the wine, I hope you enjoy! :)

Below, I did a little research on the wine, I hope you enjoy! :)
* The natural chemical balance of grapes allows them to ferment without providing them with added sugars, acids, enzymes or other nutrients.
* The wine has a long history going back at least to about 6000 BC, is thought to have been generated in the current territory of Georgia or Iran is believed that its appearance in Europe occurred approximately 6500 years, the current Bulgaria or Greece, and was very common in ancient Greece and Rome. Wine has played an important role in many religions since ancient times. The Greek god Dionysus and the Roman god Bacchus represented wine, and wine still has a central role in Christian and Jewish religious ceremonies as the Eucharist and Kiddush.
* Since Roman times, it was thought that the wine (potentially mixed with herbs and minerals) also had medicinal properties. In these times, it was not uncommon to dissolve pearls in wine for better health. Cleopatra created her own legend by promising Marc Anthony she would drink the value of a province into a glass of wine, after which she drank an expensive pearl with a glass of wine.
* A study published in 2007 found that both red wine and white wine are effective antibacterial agents against strains of Streptococcus. It is interesting to note that traditionally in many parts of the world's wine is used to treat wounds.
* Roman Catholics believe in the miracle of transubstantiation, or the transformation of bread and wine into the flesh and blood of Jesus. Evangelicals believe in transubstantiation, that is, the bread and wine are the body and blood of Jesus.
